Return Policy

Alexandra Boktor accepts returns and size exchanges for full-priced items.

If an out-of-stock item is requested for exchange, a credit note is issued.

Upon returning the garment to Alexandra Boktor, it undergoes a review for approval. If accepted, the customer is informed about exchange or refund details. Shipping costs for changes of mind and size are borne by the customer, and return parcels must use a secure, pre-paid, and traceable postage method.

Adherence to the following conditions is necessary:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The garment must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact.
• The garment must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
• No exchange or return is accepted after 14 days.
• Sale items, including those bought with a promotional code, are not refundable.
• Alexandra Boktor reserves the right to reject an order for any reason.
• Any failure to provide correct order information is not the fault of Alexandra Boktor.
